Anaïs Ofranc

Founder

Anaïs Ofranc brings over 15 years of experience in technology, fintech, and media, having previously founded and led Consianimis Consulting for over nine years. Consianimis clients included Yahoo, the New Scientist, Informa, UBM, Ascential and others.

Her work in the emerging tech space, started in 2020 with the Baseline Protocol and includes collaborations with startups and major firms like EY, Microsoft, and Consensys.  Anaïs is a member of the UK's DLT/1 - Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology Committee. Anaïs holds MSc in Computer Science and a MSc in International Strategic Management from Oxford Brookes University.

She is fluent in English and French.

Samuel Edoumou

Blockchain Researcher & Developer

Samuel Edoumou is a blockchain researcher and developer, with a three-year background in smart contract design and development.

He previously made significant contributions at Debond Protocol, where he was instrumental in building a decentralized derivative standard and market. Samuel authored two Ethereum Request for Comments (ERC) standards: ERC-7092, which facilitates the tokenization and management of financial bonds on EVM-based blockchains, and ERC-7586, which enables the tokenization of interest rate swaps. He pursued a PhD in Atomic Physics at Sorbonne University, and although he did not defend his dissertation, he holds a Master of Science in Physics, specializing in Magnetic Confined Fusion, from Pierre et Marie Curie University.

He is fluent in English and French.

Natasa Slijepac

Strategic Delivery Advisor

Natasa Slijepac brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in orchestrating end-to-end project deliveries. Her career includes pivotal roles at KPMG and IBM. At IBM, her focus was on three key areas: Finance and Risk, Strategy & Transformation, and Investment Banking.

Previously, Natasa managed the implementation of core and treasury banking systems at Raiffeisen Bank International, as well as managing critical Finance Transformation projects at Schroders, Kantar, and Howden Group Holdings.

Natasa holds a MSc in Investment Banking & Securities, and a BSc in Economics.

Natasa is fluent in English and Croatian.

Stefan Haupt

Strategic Advisor

Stefan Haupt is a  finance professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in the banking sector, specializing in interest rate structuring and hybrid structuring. He served as Director and Interest Rate Structuring Lead for IR Option Trading at Commerzbank AG. Stefan has also held the position of Global Head of Financial Institutions Cross Asset Structuring, where he leveraged his expertise to lead cross-asset structuring initiatives and drive open banking solutions. His previous role include Director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, an investment bank and others.

Miguel Francois

Lead Architect, Capital Markets

Miguel has over 15 years of experience in capital markets technology, trading systems and IT management with a strong track record in supporting and architecting financial technology infrastructure.

 

Previous roles include Lead Architect for Capital Markets at Crédit Agricole Group,  Trading Support Engineer at ABC arbitrage, High Frequency Trading Platform Developer at BNP Paribas.

Bradley Stone

Research Lead

As an experienced researcher and content strategist, Bradley specializes in qualitative research, and market analysis.

As the Lead Researcher at QualitaX, he spearheads qualitative research initiatives on finance transformation for enterprises, banks, and regulators. Prior to QualitaX, Bradley was the Research Lead at the Ethereum Enterprise Alliance (EEA) where he helped increase awareness of Ethereum's real-world business applications.

Malcolm Moreno Beningo

Strategic Advisor

Malcolm is a seasoned Swaps Broker, specializing in USD Interest Rate Swaps for top financial firms like Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Barclays, Bank of Montreal, SMBC, and Natixis. He has experienced overseeing ~$4 billion in monthly trading volume, managing pre-trade, execution, and post-trade processes. His expertise extends to product development, enhancing trading logic, and post-trade infrastructure. Previously, Malcolm led legal and technical onboarding and solution implementations at major institutions including Citadel and Morgan Stanley. A former Division 1 Student-Athlete and Iona College Alumni Board member, Malcolm captained the Men's Soccer Team to its first MAAC Conference title in 2019. He holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in International Studies, contributing to research in digital humanities. With roles at Tullett Prebon and CrossTower. Malcolm is fluent in English and Spanish.
